Terms and Delivery
By placing an order with Just veils, you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you (the client) and us (Just Veils).
We will endeavour to keep postage charges to a minimum. These rates are based on current Royal Mail tarrifs plus an allowance for packaging and handling.
Delivery of veils and tiaras
All items are delivered 1st class post (UK) or upgrade to special delivery or via internatial standard, or you can up grade to signed previously known as Airsure®for worldwide. This system allows for the electronic tracking of all items despatched. UK P&P is recorded £6 or £5 1st class. Rest of the world is £12 standard, or £15 recorded
Once an item has been despatched, Just Veils cannot be held responsible for those goods. We can only supply you with the online tracking number if you have chosen recorded for you to trace at this website.
We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control. You can upgrade to Special delivery a charge of £8 will be added to your order .
if you have an urgent request or are not sure whether the item will arrive in time please call our customer services team for advise on 01773 785303. We do offer a rush order service sent via Special Delivery , There will be a surcharge of £12 for the Rush Delivery option. Including special delivery P&P
1st class royal mail £2.00 posted in 7-10 days. Boxed wide garters may need to be sent parcel post so will be £4 1st class. Rush special delivery £8.00 will sent 1 - 4 days with non UK £7
Please note that any goods found to be faulty upon receipt will be replaced, but time must be allowed for the returned goods to arrive back to us before replacement goods are despatched.
Please check items carefully upon receipt, or as soon is reasonably possible, and report any problems to us on 01773 785303 or via email.
If your goods are faulty we will despatch replacement goods free of charge as soon as we receive the faulty goods back. We will also reimburse your costs in sending those goods back to us.
Upon receipt of the returned items, the delivery charges of faulty goods will be credited to the client’s charge card, and replacement goods despatched. Please allow 28 days from receipt of returned goods for replacement goods to be re-shipped.
At Just Veils our aim is always to exceed your expectations and ensure that you are fully satisfied with the quality of our products and the standard of our customer service. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them to us in an unused and resalable condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Please note that some of our products are non-refundable such as made to order veils and tiaras
Please contact us if you are returning your order, by email email@example.com or telephone 01773 785303 and we will inform you of the address to return the goods to.
We recommend that you either obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. Where possible please use the original packaging and carefully pack items to prevent damage in transit. Just Veils respectfully advises that the goods remain your responsibility until we sign for them at the returns address. As such we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.
Delivery charges, return postage and gift boxes are non refundable
Returns cannot be accepted for special orders unless deemed to be faulty. Special orders are items which have been made to order such as tiaras and veils. These are not exchangeable as they have been specifically made to your own specifications and are personal to you and we would not usually be able to re-sell such items.
We will only accept returns on sale items if we are notified within 7 days of receipt that those goods are unsuitable.
All sale items are from stock samples and are "Sold as Seen". They may have been tried on by other brides. Whilst we will endeavour to be as fair as possible in accepting returns, sale items are sold at greatly reduced prices, which will reflect the possibility of containing flaws. Please ensure that you fully inspect all sale items as soon as reasonably possible on receipt as these items will not be refunded after 7 days from purchase.
